Q. Is a prescription required?
A.Yes! We require a prescription for all medications that are prescription only where they are being filled or being sent to. Just like your local pharmacy, we require a valid prescription from a physician licensed to practice in your area of residence.
Q. How long will it take for me to receive my prescriptions
by mail? A.Please allow up to 2-3 business days to process your prescriptions in our pharmacy once we have your completed patient profile and your VALID prescriptions. Once shipped, postal service times generally range from 5 to 15 business days.
Q. Can you fill prescriptions from American doctors?
A. Yes we can, once a Canadian doctor has reviewed
your "patient chart" and approved the prescription under his/her
Canadian license.

Q. Can you fill/ship prescriptions to countries outside
of Canada or USA?
A. Yes we can, we are one of the very few companies
that can provide prescription services for international clients.

few companies that can provide veterinarian prescription services.
The prescription are
still required by Canadian law, to be submitted and verified

Q. Why are your prescription prices so low?
A.We have located and affiliated ourselves with several global suppliers and pharmacies in order to get you the medication where it is offered at the lowest cost. Also, patent laws differ from country to country and lower cost generic alternatives may be available for drugs that are only available as brands at your local pharmacy.
Q. Is there a limit on how much I can buy?
A.The maximum supply you can order depends on the type of drug it is, whether its Rx or OTC and where it is being sent from, provided that you have a valid prescription for that supply of medication. If your physician writes a prescription for more than the maximum supply allowed, then we can fill those refills as they come due.
Q. Why can't I buy Valium, Tylenol #3 or similar medications
from your pharmacy?
A. We legally cannot ship any narcotic or controlled
substances across the border. We also will not sell and habit
forming medications.
Q. Will you accept my insurance?
A. You need to consult with your insurance company
on purchasing medications outside the country. We will provide
you with a proper receipt for insurance purposes. Your insurance
company may or may not accept our receipts.

Q. How do I pay for my order?
A.We accept Visa and MasterCard. We also accept EChecks, money orders and cashier's checks. We currently do not accept American Express.
Q. What is a generic?
A. Drug manufacturers hold patents on the brand-name drugs they make and sell. When the patent expires, pharmaceutical companies can manufacture a generic, or copy, of the brand-name and sell it at substantial discounts.
A generic medication has the same dosage, safety, strength, quality, directions, performance, and intended use as its brand-name counter-part. Before generics are made available on the market, the manufacturer must prove it has the same active ingredients as the brand-name and works as effectively. The only differences between generics and their brand-name counterparts is that generics are less expensive and may look slightly different (eg. different shape or color), as trademark laws prevent a generic from looking exactly like the brand-name medication. Generics are less expensive because generic manufacturers do not have to invest large sums of money to invent a drug.
Q. Why do some drugs have different names??
A. These are trade or brand names registered by the manufacturer. In different countries, manufacturers will often use different trade names. The medications have the same active ingredients, but may look different and have a different trade name. e.g. Adalat XL (Canada) and Adalat Oros (New Zealand).
Q. Are all drugs available in Canada?
A. No, we do not have all medications that are available in other parts of the world but, with our network of affiliated global pharmacies, we're pretty close.

Q. If I don't see my prescription medication on your
price list, does that mean you don't carry it?
A.No. If you do not see the drug that you are looking
for, please contact us for prices.
Q. Do I get charged a shipping charge for each prescription?
A. No. The shipping charge is for each shipment only.
Q. Are all drugs less expensive in Canada?
A. No. The majority are less expensive, but there are
exceptions.
